Please note that all customized merchandise is final sale.

• Date and Event you purchased from 
• Total amount you spent 
• Items you purchased 
• Your contact information 

This can be sent through our contact us forum. 

General merchandise such as lapel pins and sweatpants are available online at all times. 

All sports/activity specific merchandise is available online at the end of the event. Example: if an event last three days (Thursday/Friday/Saturday), merchandise will be available the day after (Sunday). 

Each order can vary and depends on the stock available however orders can take up to 8 weeks to be shipped out. 

• If an order contains all ready to ship merchandise (items that are, that order can be shipped out within a week. We do give a waiting period of 72 hours (3 business days) to be shipped incase of cancellations or customization requests. 
• Orders that contain merchandise that needs to be reprinted, can cause the order to be shipped out at a later date. 
• Patches are made to order and can take up the full 8 weeks to be shipped out.

*Ready to ship merchandise contain merchandise that has already been printed.

• If you placed an order online: An email if required for all online purchases. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be available through your account and via email. 
• If you placed an order for a patch in person at our event: Emails are no required for in-event purchases. If you provided an email when placing an in-event purchase, tracking information will be sent via our shipping carrier. If you did not provide an email, you may contact us with your order number to inquire about your order.
• If you placed an order over the phone with us: An email is  require when placing an order with us over the phone. Once your order is completely fulfilled and ready to ship, we will send you tracking information via shipping carrier. 

• Cancellations can made as long as it's within 72 hours of your order and your order has not been shipped. Once your order has left our facility, we cannot cancel it.

• Customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• If you received your order and have decided to return it, you need to contact us within 24 hours of it being delivered to start a return process. Please note, we do not offer return labels. Refunds are made once the order is received back and the merchandise is clean/unused/unworn. 
• If you received your order and wish to exchange it for another size or color, please contact us within 24 hours of it being delivered to inquire about that process. Exchanges are made on a case by case basis. We can explain more if this situation pertains to you.
