Customization Form

Great question! Any piece of merchandise that qualifies for customization needs to be school appropriate and respectful across the board. We have the right to decline customization requests. 

This is to ensure we have correct spellings, selections and everything falls into accordance with our regulations and restrictions. We want to make sure there is a minimum of mistakes and issues as possible. 

We customize lighter toned such as white, light grey, light blue, pink, ect; short sleeves, long sleeves and hoodies. Customization is done with black ink and cannot print on darker toned article of clothing such as navy blue, dark purple,  deep green. Please see examples for clarifications.

We do not customize sweatpants, lapel pins, hats or personal merchandise. 

Please give us up to 72 hours (3 Business days) to get back to you by email or phone call. 

Customization inquires are just requests. These will be reviewed and we will contact you by email or phone call for next steps which include: confirmations or declines as well as payments for customization. Customization is an additional cost and on our forms to view. 

Unfortunately no. Customization is only offered on the back of t-shirts, long sleeves and hoodies.

We provide a specific template of where and how your customization is set. This is set the same for every order and remains the same. 

As long as you email us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order contains ready to ship items, we do give a 24 hour waiting period to ship incase of cancellations or customization requests.

If it has been over 24 hours, each order will be determined by a case by case evaluation. Just email us as soon as you can and we will work with you the best we can. 

Within the customization form, we offer to add one Personal Name to your apparel. This is intended to be a first name, last name, both, or an appropriate nickname. 

Restrictions for a personal name include: 

• Curse words/bad words
• Derogatory names
• Insults to opposing team/mascot 
• Offensive wordings 
• Affiliations with gangs, crews, ect.
